Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and case strategy development.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.
- 5 years of family law experience required.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom experience.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
