Job Title: RN - Medical-Surgical
Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Appleton, WI (ONSITE)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 6AM
Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Medical/Surgical 8th Floor - 12 hr NOCS - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI AUTO OFFER UNIT**Previous travel highly preferred - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI**Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary location: ThedaCare Appleton
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Start time: 530p
Weekend: Every other
Holiday Requirements: As needed
Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities - within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 3 years experience as an RN REQUIRED
Travel experience - highly preferred
Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Black
Primary Cases: CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, cellulitis - Potential for Wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, stable drips
Patient Ratio:
*Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current)
*Days & Nights 1:5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA/LPN)
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
