Rockwall County Volkswagen is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our dealership’s customer outreach and sales growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategies to generate leads, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue through digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and service appointments.
- Manage the dealership’s Business Development Center (BDC) team, ensuring efficient lead follow-up and customer outreach.
- Oversee inbound and outbound customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management.
- Enhance the dealership’s online presence through digital marketing strategies, including social media and email campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and partnerships within the local community.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive business development, BDC management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software.

Education and Experience
