Rockwall County Volkswagen is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. This role is responsible for processing payments, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks in the service and parts departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer payments for service, parts, and sales transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions while ensuring proper documentation.
- Provide receipts and explain charges as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and clean cashier station.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling service appointments.
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience
