Rockwall County Volkswagen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and preparing vehicles for display and delivery, ensuring they meet dealership and customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and buff exterior surfaces of vehicles.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and dashboards.
- Apply protective treatments to maintain vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.
- Ensure all detailing supplies and equipment are properly used and stored.
- Assist with vehicle lot organization and movement as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and dealership guidelines for vehicle care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for vehicle detailing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
