Your Impact in This Role
As the ServiceNow Platform Lead – Senior IT Manager , you’ll drive the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business objectives and best practices. You will simplify the existing system, reduce unnecessary customizations, and bring the platform closer to its COTS version. Leading a team of one manager and five developers, you will ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance. Your expertise will shape the future of IT operations, influencing how the organization leverages ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Your Background
Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and implementation
10 years of experience with ServiceNow, specializing in ITSM, ITAM, SecOPs, GRC, and TPRM modules
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering large-scale projects
Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes
Working knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
Understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
Skilled in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
BS in IT, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart :
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ITIL v3 / v4 certification
Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
