Your role will involve operating advanced multi-axis mills, including managing an FMC system with multiple Okuma milling centers. Qualifications Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting digital instructions within our bespoke software Able to thrive in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication skills, both written and oral Competence in Office 365 suite applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Keen attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks Proactive in offering ideas for the enhancement of processes Preferred Skills Experience with Okuma CNC mills operations Understanding of Fastems FPC or other automated machining technologies Knowledge & Abilities Expertise in managing 4-axis and 5-axis mills Basic understanding of CNC production and inspection Commitment to safety protocols and company policies Ability to decipher engineering drawings for inspection purposes Proficiency in manual part inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Competence in analyzing CMM inspection results Proficiencies expected in: Quality Inspection Procedures Setup for Machine Production Runs Technologies you will engage with: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) (Zeiss) Measurement Instruments CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Okuma) Quality Assurance Software (Calypso) Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Okuma) Horizontal Machining Center (5 axis) (Okuma)
