As an Account Executive, you'll execute client initiatives within agency standards, budgets, and timelines. You'll collaborate with the Client Services Leadership Team on tactical account aspects and contribute to strategic development. Acting as the liaison between the Agency and the Client, you'll represent their needs to ensure exceptional results and exceed expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of programs that align with client objectives and expectations.
- Assist in planning and executing events, including on-site presence, event logistics, talent and hospitality management, and guest relations.
- Develop client presentations, marketing activation materials, and sponsorship initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Create insightful and detailed program and event recaps to inform future planning and optimization.
- Manage and monitor project management and budgets, ensuring financial alignment and efficiency across all program elements.
- Coordinate client approvals and maintain organized documentation to keep projects on track.
- Participate in ongoing strategy discussions, client planning sessions, and status meetings.
- Maintain strong client-vendor relationships and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of the client.
- Travel as needed to support client programs, activations, and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- One or more years of relevant professional experience in event marketing, sponsorship marketing, public relations, and/or sponsor servicing.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
- Experience in program budgeting and project planning, including forecasting costs, managing expenses, and ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to proactively identify and communicate opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and within a team.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
