Job Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Duties
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
- Accept and review applications of employment, and schedule interviews with hiring supervisors
- Support benefits administration tasks such as enrollment and answering employee inquiries
- Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and databases
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including data analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Vista Viewpoint is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and practices
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Previous experience in HR or related field is a plus
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish required.
- Must be able to lift 50lb.
- Pass mandatory employment drug test required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
