What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Hirschler?
Great opportunity for an administrative professional to join our team. This is a full-time position that provides support to our administrative team across Hirschler.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative support experience. The administrative coordinator will provide support with administrative tasks to include payroll and time/attendance processing, record keeping, filing, electronic data management, payables and billing support, and other special projects as needed. Candidate must demonstrate a positive representation of Hirschler’s commitment to client service and must exhibit the desire to be an essential part of a busy firm as a team player.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous administrative support experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency with typing and MS Office required; typing speed of 70 wpm preferred; must demonstrate the ability to learn and become proficient with HRIS, payroll software and accounting software
- Must fully understand and comply with confidentiality principles and exercise the utmost discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Must have excellent time management, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with all levels of management, attorneys, staff and external vendors
