Our client , a highly-rated high-end construction company , is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Richmond, VA .

If you have Excel experience and a passion for precise, detail-oriented tasks , this is an opportunity you need to explore! Accounting experience preferred, but not required.

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable entry
  • Payroll entry and processing
  • Organization and distribution of project related data
  • Creation and tracking of contract documents
  • Creation and tracking of purchase orders
  • City / County Permit documents and filings
  • Effectively communicate with clientele, mostly via phone and email
