About the Position
As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll collaborate directly with our founder to manage and elevate our client's online sales and presence. Your role will focus on ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving growth through strategic content, cross-functional teamwork, and effective SEO. You'll utilize your expertise in Shopify, project management, analytics, email marketing, and digital advertising to optimize our client's online storefront and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our client's Shopify platforms to drive sales and enhance user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies to propose new initiatives and improvements.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Assist in managing digital ads on platforms like Google and Meta to maximize ROI.
- Ensure our in-house CRM platform is optimized and automation series are functioning effectively for seamless customer interactions.
