Position Overview:
Lilly Lashes is seeking a passionate and experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive digital growth and optimize the online shopping experience for our Lash Division, which includes three iconic brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Director to develop and execute strategies that enhance site performance, boost conversion rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to lead direct-to-consumer (DTC) initiatives across multiple brands, working at the intersection of beauty, innovation, and ecommerce excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations and functionality of Shopify stores along with Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Oversee implementation and successful execution of weekly marketing content, product launches, and strategize to improve on-site experience.
- Oversee daily site maintenance to ensure a smooth, frustration-free customer experience, partnering with internal teams.
- Manage website related apps within tech stack; including but not limited to subscriptions, loyalty, refer-a-friend, reviews, etc.
- Lead the email and SMS marketing strategy and the day-to-day operations, including calendars and creative project management.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and retaining new customers, fostering loyalty, and driving new subscriptions.
- Provide regular reporting on website and campaign performance KPIs and suggest actionable insights for growth.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Glew, Power BI) to track customer behavior and improve the user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Directly assist in managing and monitoring the e-commerce budget and spending, including platforms, connected apps, technology vendors, and contractors.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure alignment with the brand's go-to-market strategy and messaging approach.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty industry or CPG (consumer packaged goods). Shopify Plus experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously.

Travel and Hours:
- This is a full-time salaried position
- Hybrid – 3 days in office
