Responsibilities
- Customer File Management: Manage and follow up on customer files through each stage of the roofing project, ensuring timely updates and effective communication.
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- CRM Software Utilization: Use CRM programs to track, document, and update customer interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and streamlined communication.
- Full-Cycle File Review: Perform complete reviews of customer files, from initial inquiry to project completion, ensuring all required information is gathered, accurate, and up to date.
- Proactive Customer Service: Take the initiative to address customer needs, solve problems, and provide excellent customer experiences throughout the process.
- Positive Communication: Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude in all interactions, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Feedback: Provide consistent and constructive feedback to customers, team members, and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles, preferably in a home services industry like roofing.
- Understanding of flow charts and process management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with AccuLynx is a plus).
- Experience with full-cycle file reviews, ensuring customer information is complete and accurate.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and proactively manage tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments.
