Job Summary:
The Agency Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing broker onboarding, maintenance, and regulatory compliance processes. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external brokers to facilitate seamless operations within agency management. This role ensures efficient processing of broker applications, licensing verifications, and ongoing system updates in alignment with company policies. This position is integral to ensuring efficient broker onboarding, compliance, and ongoing agency management functions to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Onboarding & Processing- Conduct broker vetting and onboarding procedures.
- Broker & Partner Appointment Processing
- Broker Code & Branch Management Maintenance- Generate and maintain broker codes and branches in internal Systems & CRM.
- Commissions Maintenance
- Triage Broker Related Inquiries & Communication
- Compliance & License Verification- Sircon, NIPR State DOI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred; or demonstration of equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in agency management, broker relations, or distribution operations.
- Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Sircon, NIPR, and DocuSign is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience with Sircon, NIPR, and DocuSign is a plus.

Salary Range: $75-100k
