R OLES AND R ESPONSIBILITIES
To support the Customer Service Operation by serving in related activities for Parts Operation such as, Planning, Parts Forecasting, Inventory Management, Parts Distribution, Logistics, unused / used parts reverse logistics and used parts disposal in Hisense Panama region.
Includes but not limited to :
1. Planning Parts Forecast for new and existing models and EOL so that fill rate is >
95% (1 WH,
6 sub-depo)
2. Order parts by system and follow up dispatch from factories till they are input in the system
3. Manage parts logistics movement (parts tracking) from factory to each country so that parts are received at local warehouses and put away as soon as possible, and logistic cost is optimized.
4. Parts B / L and Commercial invoice management (translation to local language based on each country regulation).
5. Daily review of back orders and share information about ETA.
6. Manage stock taking and E&O parts process by location on monthly basis.
7. Manage parts delivery from each domestic warehouse to Hisense service providers to secure short lead times, and repairs could be accomplished in a short time as well.
8. Used Parts Collection management : validation, reutilization and disposal.
9. KPI Management (Fill Rate, 48hrs delivery, Lead time, Parts arrival rate, Returns due to lack of parts, Stock accuracy, Turn over rate, E&O, Scrap Loss, Out of warranty parts sales, logistic cost, put away, and other new indicators guided by Top Management and HQ).
10. Responsible to approve reimbursement cases due to parts delay or lack of availability through Hisense system.
11. Secure on time payments to vendors (importing, warehousing, logistics)
12. Manage local warehouse service quality; Contract and terminate as required.
13. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly reporting to service director, top management and HQ
14. Other activities related to the Service Department as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. At least 2 years working experience in spare parts supply chain management or logistics supply chain related work experience.
2. Language - English / Spanish / can read and speak Chinese is preferred.
3. Familiar with home appliance products.
4. Panamanian or has a Panama work visa or other status, can work and stay in Panama for a long time.
