Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Online Sales Target Completion:
- Directly accountable for meeting online sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize online sales performance.
- Sales Diagnostics & Reporting:
- Conduct diagnostics on sales performance.
- Generate reports to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Product Page Setup & Optimization:
- Oversee the setup and optimization of product pages.
- Ensure alignment with global online display materials while localizing content based on regional campaigns and events.
- Ad Operations & Metrics Management:
- Manage advertising operations related to product promotion.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize advertising effectiveness.
- Budget Allocation & Management:
- Allocate budgets effectively for product marketing initiatives.
- Manage and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Optimization:
- Develop strategies for pre-sales engagement to enhance product interest.
- Implement post-sales optimization measures for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Master's degree or above in business, marketing, product design, e-commerce or a related field.
- More than 2 years' experience in e-commerce, product marketing, product content creation, product design, product planning and/or GTM marketing.
- Proficient in GTM structure and planning to monitor and guide overseas companies to localize.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Familiar with product content Management, being able to optimize the online product pages effectively.
- Excellent computer skills. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Familiar with e-commerce operations and advertisement management.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin a plus.
