The Marketing Manager – HVAC will have the primary responsibility to plan and lead marketing activities for Hisense HVAC residential, light commercial, and commercial marketing. This creative individual is responsible for coordinating with sales, operational, and product teams to develop and implement high quality brand and marketing materials to support the growth of Hisense HVAC.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager – HVAC will have the primary responsibility to plan and lead marketing activities for Hisense HVAC residential, light commercial, and commercial marketing. This creative individual is responsible for coordinating with sales, operational, and product teams to develop and implement high quality brand and marketing materials to support the growth of Hisense HVAC.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead and track success of marketing and communication activities for Hisense HVAC, residential, light commercial, and commercial / VRF products.
- Develop and update marketing collateral, presentations, and content including: brochures, catalogs, presentations, websites, and technical guides.
- Plan, manage, and represent Hisense at events, trade-shows, and customer training sessions.
- Develop and lead website, digital marketing, social media, and communications strategy.
- Research and understand target audience and customer needs, while aligning activities with brand and product goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative departments to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, and promotional materials and campaigns.
- Manage Hisense Marketing Development funds, including customer submissions, tracking, and reimbursement.
- Implement innovative campaigns for target customer awareness and consideration, product launch and support, and promotional activities.
- Review competitive creative and promotional offerings for products and services and develop industry leading options for Hisense.
- 4 years' experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a track record of development and growth.
- Familiarity with HVAC products, or distribution focused technology products preferred.
- Thorough understanding of various types of marketing, including product marketing, traditional print, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and website.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications or related field is preferred.
- Experience with creative and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
- Experience with CRM marketing tools, such as SalesForce or HubSpot, and experience working with and designing Learning Management Systems.
- Well organized, proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently to create effective campaigns.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Ability to work well in groups and take instruction from others.
