Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Programs Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining, tracking, and connecting data to program implementation strategies. Responsibilities include leading the management of databases and keeping up to date with construction-related trends, coordinating internal data on program implementation and impact, and preparing and sharing regular internal reviews of the program. The Program Coordinator will also support compliance reporting.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field from four-year college or university with minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability :
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Computer Skills :
Proficient in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
