Responsibilities

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Support the dental receptionist with patient scheduling and record management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with team members and clients.
