Duties

- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with customer service inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Support the dental receptionist with patient check-ins and appointment confirmations when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
