Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis I to join our ESO Data & Analytics team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL / Pittsburgh, PA HYBRID.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :
- Leading the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards with rich UI / UX
- Scalable data modeling within power bi and DAX calculations
- Work with business process owners to identify and document reporting requirements including conducting data analysis, data mapping, transformation logic and expected reporting deliverables
- Create and demonstrate data insights prototype to stakeholder and higher management and get the buy in for industrialization
- Adhere and contribute to enhancement / improvement in end to end BI development processes
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL within in data marts, data lake, or source data systems; Prepare and present finding / key learnings to stakeholders
- Document and follow up of new and active action items. Follow through to resolution / closure in a timely manner
- Maintain open lines of communication with teammates and other internal stakeholders to ensure all data is effectively communicated and addressed
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices of BI development
- Create and maintain support documentation for all BI reporting and analytics applications
- Attend meetings and present and defend data findings to cross-functional teams
