Essential Requirements
- Effectively control costs of food and related purchases in alignment with budgeted expectations.
- Support the team in a consistent execution of all systems and processes to consistently deliver all products and services to company standards.
- Develop kitchen team in all aspects of kitchen execution form 100% recipe adherence to banquet service
- Responsible for weekly orders, daily production, cleaning schedules, execution and overall organization in the entire kitchen and back of the house.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, push as necessary to complete tasks.
- Ability to lift, lower and carry supplies, tubs, and cases that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.

Other Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record for past three years.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary operations
- Possess all local food management and safety certifications.
Successful candidate must pass a background search
