GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
The Land Acquisition Manager reports to the President of ONM Living and is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land for ONM Living as outlined below. The Position is responsible for sourcing new land positions for the Company to acquire for development and home-building operations. Additionally, this person will oversee and manage the process of obtaining entitlements for land development. The Position serves a key role in underwriting potential deals during the due diligence period, assisting in the financial analysis of projects, and analyzing market data and trends to support land purchases. This Position will actively network within the real estate industry to identify growth opportunities and submarket expansion. This individual will have experience in the industry, as well as market contacts that will increase the company's pipeline.
