Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to complete all Receiving Requirements for Astemo. As a 2nd Shift Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain process of Hitachi Astemo, ensuring that all incoming materials and components are received accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and organizational skills are required to help maintain the integrity of our inventory and support smooth production operations.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to confirm actual part received equals Packing Slip
- Pull parts and supply the PCU assembly area & other areas as needed
- Track FIFO
- Support Plant Operations
- Provide parts to assembly / Scan parts out of WH / Verify Parts Transfers
- Work at a fast pace safely
- Work well with others, support production needs

Last Box Reporting
- Cover for Associate Absences
- Prepare for and Support Physical Inventory
- Daily 6S requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- Forklift Experience
- Knowledge of Glovia and Excel
- Knowledge of Hitachi Astemo Systems and Receiving Operations
- Able to move semi-trailers around (with training)
