Key Accountabilities:
- Brake Caliper Testing: Design and execute customized brake tests, adhering to precise specifications and procedures, to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze collected data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Test Report Writing: Compile and submit detailed test reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of test plans and timely delivery of reports.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2-year technical degree is preferred, and 3 years of testing experience is desired.
- Technical Skills and Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
