Location Type : This is a hybrid role requiring two to three days onsite located at our office in Ogden, UT.
How You’ll Make an Impact :
- Collaborate with the Applications Engineering (AE) Team to develop comprehensive proposals.
- Review customer-specific Statements of Work (SOW) to create a Project Compliance Matrix (PCM).
- Write detailed descriptions, develop tables, and compile engineering concept images for proposals.
- Create custom graphics for presentations and customer materials using Microsoft Office and similar tools.
- Work with various functional teams to enhance proposals and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Review proposal content for accuracy and adherence to JR style guide preferences.
- Collaborate with technical writers from other divisions to develop multi-divisional proposals.
- Assist in training new AEs and AE summer interns.
- Help update customer relationship management software (Salesforce) and other relevant programs.
- Prepare and assist with audit information for the AE department.
- Take notes during customer meetings, staff meetings, executive reviews, and other key discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
