Hitachi Energy is seeking a Director – HR Business Partner North America. The role will support the Corporate functions throughout the North America region. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching, Enabling business change, & HR program advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support goals and growth initiatives.
- Leadership Coaching:
Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Performance Management:
Oversee (PMP) performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Organizational Design:
Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job redesign
- Data Analysis:
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, measuring the impact of HR initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices
- Extensive experience dealing with multi country in a global organization.
- Must have US work authorization.
