General Information:
Hitachi Energy in Earth City, MO is searching for an Order Processor – Service TRES (US) to join its team. This position will be responsible for inputting and tracking received orders for transformer service. This position evaluates customer Purchase Orders to ensure accurate Terms and Conditions, Order inputs, Accuracy of Pricing, and assistance with Order Tracking and Customer Service. Individual will work with tendering team in processing new service orders and tracking trends across the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Company's principal point of customer contact for Order Entry and Tracking.
- Recognize and communicate potential errors and issues arising from customer forms and terms.
- Coordinate communications among customers and various business units to ensure accurate, consistent and relevant information regarding a given order.
- Communicate to the business units such information as forecasts of customer needs, monthly order inputs, and other various tracking methodologies for accurate reporting.
- Update systems with Order Entry information and support internal data analysis.

Your Background:
- Candidate must be familiar and comfortable with various computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and/or a similar system experience. Individual needs to be able to quick learner of new systems.
- Basic Transformer Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Experience reading and referencing customer contracts and Purchase Orders.
- Proficient in dealing with customers on business and technical with regards to order related matters.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
