The role delivers analysis of data, and provides Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the real estate function.
Your Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with multiple internal customers on projects and presentations.
- Assisting with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to all existing and new real estate assets
- Assisting with tracking and reporting Capital Projects
- Use MS Excel - Provide financial analysis related to lease deals
- Use MS PowerPoint - Present findings back to team and leadership
- Use MS Power BI - Data gathering and reporting
