General Information :
Provide financial and business related data analysis, and analytics on existing facilities (plants, warehouses, service centers, and offices) within the Hitachi Energy America's Region. The role delivers analysis of data, and provides Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the real estate function.
Your Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with multiple internal customers on projects and presentations.
- Assisting with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to all existing and new real estate assets
- Assisting with tracking and reporting Capital Projects
- Use MS Excel - Provide financial analysis related to lease deals
- Use MS PowerPoint - Present findings back to team and leadership
- Use MS Power BI - Data gathering and reporting
