Job Title: PMO Process Excellence Leader

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures.
- Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management and share best practices across the team.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end project management tool architecture.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes, following our established Standard Operating Procedure framework, including the Phase Gate Model.
- Maintain up-to-date process manuals and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and partner with site PMO teams in implementing improvement actions.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve PMO processes, leveraging the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
- Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
