PMO Process Lead

Job Title: PMO Process Excellence Leader

The Opportunity: Join Hitachi Energy as a PMO Process Excellence Leader and be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in our project management office. This role offers a unique chance to shape and refine our PMO processes, ensuring they are proactive, efficient, and aligned with our organizational goals. You'll play a pivotal role in achieving ISO certification and leading continuous improvement initiatives. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and procedures.
• Ensure processes align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in project management and share best practices across the team.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project management tool architecture.
• Create comprehensive documentation for all PMO processes, following our established Standard Operating Procedure framework, including the Phase Gate Model.
• Maintain up-to-date process manuals and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and partner with site PMO teams in implementing improvement actions.
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve PMO processes, leveraging the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
Establish improved change management processes across the PMO function.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing PMO processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must have US work authorization and be able to work onsite
• Manufacturing and/or engineering work experiences preferred
