Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including : HR consulting and coaching, Enabling business change, & HR program advocacy. The role will support manufacturing and have multi-site responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership :
Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business goals and growth initiatives.
Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
Oversee (PMP) performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job redesign
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, measuring the impact of HR initiatives
