Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide information as needed.
- Assist with night audit procedures as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
