Role OverviewHitNotion, LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee our day-to-day operations. The COO will be responsible for implementing business plans, managing finances, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the overall success of the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a results-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience guiding high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Operations Management: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Continuously evaluate business processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the company’s financial health. Oversee cost control measures and optimize resource allocation for sustainable growth.
- Business Planning: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to create and implement short-term and long-term business plans. Monitor performance against established goals and lead corrective action when necessary.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a diverse operational team. Set performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks in operations and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners. Facilitate effective communication to align goals and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to implement new processes and technologies that improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in business planning and operations management, with a track record of driving organizational growth
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound, data-driven decisions
- Expertise in finance and budgeting, including managing P&L statements and cash flow
- Proven experience in strategic planning and decision-making at an executive level
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on development and mentorship
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a rapidly growing organization
