Overview:
The HITRUST Innovation team is looking for an Innovation Senior Manager. This is a unique opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a significant impact on HITRUST’s customer experience as part of a small, empowered team. This role’s innovation efforts will be primarily focused on HITRUST’s cybersecurity assessment SaaS platform and HITRUST’s assurance products. This is both a technically heavy role and an interpersonal communications-heavy role; in addition to championing digital solutions from ideation to release, this role will also collaborate with and engage internal and external stakeholders regarding ideas, unmet needs, and visioning for the future.

Responsibilities:
- Help to ideate, design, prototype, and champion new and advance existing product and service offerings through close collaboration with HITRUST’s Product, Development, Assurance, Technology, and Standards teams.
- Contribute to future vision and roadmaps, and provide visibility to business and technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team's long-term goals and strategy.
- Collaboratively provide ongoing technology thought leadership, insights, and recommendations for emerging/innovative solutions
- Help to drive and manage the innovation pipeline.
- Act as a disruptive change agent.
- Support the Marketing function in development of market-facing messaging for Innovation-driven initiatives.
- Help to educate Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams on Innovation-driven initiatives.
- Communicate with Organizational and Customer stakeholders to identify, understand, document, and incorporate business requirements into Innovation-driven initiatives.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in a public accounting firm, technology consulting firm, and/or management consulting firm, specifically in an advisory / consulting or assurance role in the areas of IT (Information Technology) audit and assessments, IT compliance, digital transformation, assurance innovation, and/or digital innovation.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and supporting the implementation of information systems.
- Demonstrated experience driving change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Information Assurance, or similar discipline.

Bonus Qualifications:
- CISA, HCISPP, CISM, CIA, CRISC, CISSP or similar certification.
- Experienced in designing and/or developing AI solutions.
- Experienced in Web development and/or Web design.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office automation using VBA and/or VSTO.
- Working knowledge of common and emerging information system architectures, including cloud environments, data flow design, database design, and AAA models.
- Familiarity with the HITRUST CSF or another security framework, such as NIST SP 800-53, NIST 800 171, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, and AICPA TSC
- Knowledge of security risk management, analysis and assessment concepts and their application.
