We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team.
Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing of Hiwin’s motion control product line. They are responsible for the overall marketing strategy for Hiwin and developing and executing the marketing plans based on the portfolio’s strategic objectives. This individual will also develop product positioning in the marketplace, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and establish pricing strategies in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Maintains marketing ownership of Hiwin’s product portfolio and website to achieve revenue growth and margin targets;
- Oversees the management and optimization of Hiwin’s website, ensuring an exceptional user experience and strong lead generation capabilities;
- Leads the development and execution of the Hiwin ecommerce strategy in alignment with overall business goals;
- Manages tradeshow planning and on-site execution to accomplish show goals;
- Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and establish pricing strategies in collaboration with other stakeholders;
- Develops strategies to penetrate target customer segments and monitor the success of that action plan to ensure its viability;
- Monitors website performance metrics and uses data to create strategies for improvement. Shares insights with leadership and highlight opportunities for future content development;
- Ensures all content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences to drive engagement and conversions;
- Evaluates current marketing infrastructure and strategies and drives continuous improvement for ecommerce;
- Analyzes customer and internal reports on ecommerce activity and performance, discusses the findings with the cross-functional team and proposes new strategies to improve results;
- Uses quantitative and qualitative analyses to translate customer needs into recommendations to evaluate a product’s performance;
- Maintains a continuous improvement mindset while demonstrating the ability to drive marketing projects to success;
- Creates and leads presentations for both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Product Management
- Collaborates with Sales and Engineering on new product development and product management activities;
- Prepares go-to-market strategy plans for current and upcoming product launches;
- Manages the product life cycle from product launch to market decline. Effectively coordinates and communicates the information to all relevant stakeholders;
- Coordinates and facilitates the Biannual National Sales meetings designed around the learning objectives established by the President and Sales Management each year;
- Evaluates strategies for product launches to ensure products are properly positioned and that brochures, sales sheets and supporting materials will launch products successfully and stimulate sales;
- Travels 20% to 40% depending on tradeshow schedule and business needs.

Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering, required;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial marketing and product management in the automation industry or in Industrial Manufacturing;
- Thorough understanding of the automation industry;
- Proven track record in delivering results for new product launches;
- Demonstration of project and team leadership;
- Experience in business strategy, market and customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking and financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
