POSITION
Reports directly to a member of Hixson’s Board of Directors. Acts as an internal Continuous Improvement consultant, working closely with management and all other areas of the firm to attain goals aligned with business strategy. Responsibilities include: managing and facilitating annual quality planning with company leadership, facilitating multiple CI teams, managing corporate performance metrics systems and processes, educating/coaching Hixson associates on CI concepts, methods and tools, conducting ongoing research into CI best practices and trends and promoting a culture of Continuous Improvement at all levels within and outside the firm. Occasional travel to attend CI training and/or conferences is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of relevant leadership experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar professional role required; application of C/I concepts in a Knowledge Work environment preferred
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Education or STEM Discipline required
- Strong analytical skills; data collection and analysis experience preferred, including statistical significance testing (Chi Square, Anova, T-Test, etc.) using statistical analysis software (SPSS or similar) with the ability to design and manage metrics systems and reporting
- Outstanding skills for building and maintaining trust and credibility with associates at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to be self-reliant, a self-starter and manage time/priorities with minimal direction
