HJ Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated QNXT Program Manager to lead the full implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the end-to-end project execution, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment. Candidates with a strong background in California D-SNP (Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans) and payer operations are highly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3, managing the project lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.
- Align cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor scope, manage change requests, and address risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure QNXT configuration and integration support business and compliance needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates.
- Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business units and IT teams.
What you will Bring:
- 5 years of hands-on QNXT experience, including configuration and implementation projects (preferably with version 6.0 R3).
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare payer operations—claims, provider data, enrollment, and encounter data.
- Direct experience supporting California D-SNP programs.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare IT projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP or similar certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
