Warehouse Specialist

HJ3 Composite Technologies, LLC, is a local small business looking for a Warehouse Specialist who is detailed, hard-working, talented individuals to join our growing production teams. Successful candidates will exhibit a steady work ethic, proven-performance, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well on a team.

Main focus of this role would be to increase and maintain company profitabilty by assisting in production, shipping, and inventory duties and tasks to accurately fufill orders in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities may include

· Ensure inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely matter

· Audits the facility’s entire inventory counts on a regular basis and provides reports

· Building Orders

· Operating Forklift and Pallet Jacks

· Cutting, Dispensing, and Blending of Raw Materials.

· Palletizing & Labeling Pallets and Boxes for Shipment

· Manually Lift 50 Lbs.

· Assist in Product Application

· Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

· High school Diploma or GED

· Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems

· Work well under pressure, such as when inventory deliveries or shipments become late or forgotten

· Effective written and verbal communication skills;

· Works well with others and maintain organization between cross-related departments

· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple issues at the same time without stress

· Execute and follow detailed instructions

· Basic – Computer skills

· Detailed and Quality work habits

· Clean driving record

Beneficial Qualification:

· General Construction knowledge

· Production-related training preferred (safety, quality, fork lift, HazMat, etc.) a plus

· Fiberglass and Epoxy/urethane experience a plus

· Inventory experience is a plus

· Shipping and receiving experience

Requirements

The chosen candidate must demonstrate a responsible, steady, and positive attitude with sound
