Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Specialist will assist customers in puzzle customization and ringing up purchases.
Shifts: 10am-8pm - Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday available
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
-Collect photos from customers phones and process them using Adobe Photoshop
-Operate and maintain printing equipment
-Assemble product packages
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
-Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
-Experience with both Android and Apple phones preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
