We’re expanding our team in the Cell and Electrode Departments and currently hiring multiple technician-level positions that support critical production and maintenance operations.

Open Positions (One Application – Multiple Opportunities)
Equipment Technician
Support routine and preventative maintenance of complex production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Tasks include inspections, repairs, parts inventory, line changeovers, and data entry.
Engineering Technician
Provide technical support for process improvement initiatives, production KPIs (OEE & Yield), line changeovers, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation creation. Work hands-on with engineers to elevate production standards.
Vision Systems Technician
Maintain and optimize vision inspection equipment and parameters to ensure high output quality. Troubleshoot system and image issues, perform PMs, and manage inspection software/recipe settings.
Core Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
- Troubleshoot production or equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Lead or support line changeovers and confirm equipment calibration
- Manage spare parts inventory and perform equipment inspections
- Monitor vision systems, analyze image quality, and ensure recipe accuracy
- Collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve quality or equipment concerns
- Participate in First Production Inspection (FPI) and ensure line readiness
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with 5S3R standards:
- 5S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- 3R: Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Vocational Certificate or Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
Experience & Technical Background
- Equipment Technicians: 1–3 years in manufacturing with basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Engineering Technicians: 3–5 years in production support, hands-on equipment or systems troubleshooting
- Vision Systems Technicians: 1–3 years operating or maintaining visual inspection equipment in a production environment
Preferred Experience Across Roles:
- Familiarity with robotics, pneumatics, HMI interfaces, PLCs, and automated equipment
- Ability to use hand tools, read technical drawings, and interpret performance data
- Knowledge of RMS (Recipe Management System), SPC, and OEE metrics
- Prior work in a cleanroom or high-tech production environment is a plus
