What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Planning Analyst (Bilingual) position at HL Mando America Corp?
1) Job Purpose:
- Assist the Head of the Americas Region to manage U.S., Mexico, and Brazil operations.
Facilitate agile organizational response to customer needs. - Support U.S., Mexico, and Brazil operations in localizing and stabilizing each site.
2) Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Utilize language capabilities to facilitate communication among multicultural individuals.
- Understand customer concerns, assist with devising solutions, and drive interregional cooperation towards customer satisfaction.
- Serve as an interface between the Americas Region and other global HL Mando affiliates.
- Assist streamlining each site's HR practices including organization structure, compensation standards, and recruiting practices.
- Enable operational excellence by innovating business processes and strengthening process compliance.
3) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-year post-secondary school graduation.
4) Competencies:
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage expectations and deadlines and deliver within an appropriate timeframe.
