Your New Role
As a Service Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA (Serving a 30-mile radius), you’ll be the bridge between the field and office, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient job completion.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Schedule and coordinate daily service calls
- Prepare technicians for service jobs and provide senior-level support as needed
- Communicate with customers about service needs, estimates, and job progress
- Handle service invoicing and ensure accurate billing
- Oversee asset management, including service fleet, tools, and supplies
- Conduct follow-ups with both customers and technicians
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Job requirements
- 6-10 years of industry experience in plumbing, heating, or related fields
- Journeyman or Master License required
- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn BuildOps software (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and text
- Experience with service invoicing and customer relations
