As an Account Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective customers and facilitating the process of enrollment into various wireless service programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising and promotional campaigns that engage the community and drive donations to support local charities.
- Create and implement engaging promotional materials that resonate with our mission and goals.
- Assist in the setup of events and fundraising activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver memorable experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with charity partners, stakeholders, and community businesses to foster collaboration and increase donations.
- Support the marketing and communications team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, contributing ideas for outreach and visibility.
- Monitor and report on event outcomes, helping the team refine strategies for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
- At least some experience working in a customer facing role.
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations.
- You are comfortable thinking outside the box and problem solving with a smile.
