Position Overview:The Account Trainee will play a key role in assisting with managing client accounts, developing strategic marketing and sales plans, and executing campaigns aimed at growing revenue. This entry-level position provides exposure to both account management and direct sales tactics, with an opportunity to learn how to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and has a passion for both marketing and sales, ready to contribute to impactful campaigns across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including direct marketing, promotional sales activities, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Engage with potential clients and help drive customer enrollment through effective sales tactics.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns, gathering data and offering insights to optimize future efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative) to ensure successful campaign delivery and results.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine and improve sales approaches.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, learning how to develop pitches and close deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, particularly direct marketing and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning sales strategies and driving business growth.A keen interest in branding, marketing, and client services, with a focus on generating sales results.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
