As a Wireless Sales Trainee, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by building strong partnerships with local businesses, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at securing new business accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
- Lead outreach efforts to potential business clients, including developing tailored sales presentations, proposals, and solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to business prospects, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Track sales metrics, customer engagement, and pipeline activity, reporting regularly to senior management to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field (2 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage business decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in diverse industries.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments to drive client success.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
Position Details:
- This is a full-time employment opportunity based out of our office in Tampa, FL
- This position will work with our new business to business division assisting with direct customer outreach within an assigned territory
- This position will focus on promoting various products and services offered by Verizon Wireless
- The schedule is Monday-Saturday
- Benefits are available for eligible employees
- There is a 2 week hands-on training period
- Upon completion of training the pay is based off performance. The average weekly pay for our associates is $700
