We are seeking the ideal team player to join our growing organization as an IT Specialist. This role provides technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing the equipment, software, and set up process for employee onboarding, maintaining office equipment properly, and providing network engineering support.

Job Description :
The role as an IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization's equipment, software, and network are running smoothly, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and provide IT support as needed.
Job Duties to include but not limited to :
Help Desk - support & troubleshoot all IT-related issues.Onboarding support, including equipment and software preparation and set up, employee communication, and ensuring new hires experience a smooth transition.Provide Office 365 and SharePoint expertise and support for the organization.Manage Ring Central software, including all set up and line maintenance.Maintain the Duo Admin portal for sign-in authentication and network security.Responsible for providing Network Engineering support as needed.Maintain all office equipment- this includes keeping an updated inventory, properly wiping and reloading returned computers, prepping computers for issue, ordering additional computers and accessories as needed, setting up A / V for events, and troubleshooting any equipment related issues.Communication to outside IT vendors as needed to escalate issues.Communication with employees of all levels regarding IT or equipment-related questions and / or concerns.Any additional IT equipment or software-related duties as needed.Qualifications
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience required.A minimum of 2 years prior experience providing help desk support is required.Administering assets through remote capabilities and automated scripting, and the ability to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical users and quickly resolve problems through remote troubleshooting is required.Must be proficient with Help Desk Ticketing Systems.Must have a strong background in asset management, Office 365 and SharePoint.Experience with TCP / IP, Active Directory, DNS, Windows Servers, Firewall Security is required.Experience with Duo or other authentication software solutions is required.Certifications are a Plus : MCDST, CNCT, HDI, Azure, Cyber Security, CompTIA, A Must have strong client-facing communication skills.Must be able to work independently and manage multiple processes efficiently.
