HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Subscription Administrator we would love to hear from you! In this role you will be supporting the A/R department by fielding calls and emails from our customers regarding their subscription accounts. This is a temporary role that we anticipate to be a minimum of 6 months. What you will do in the position: Answer calls from customers on the phone queue Handle all subscription related emails from customers. Suspend subscriptions for delinquent accounts. Collect on delinquent subscriptions.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office. Basic ability to use a 10-key calculator. High school diploma required.
Pay Range: $19.00/hour - $22.00/hour is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
